Extensive industrial experience

PTC was founded in 1965 and the company's first products were fibreglass/composite oil tanks. We still manufacture surface and underground tanks ranging in size from 1 to 21 cubic metres and remain among the leaders in Sweden.

Continuous product and skills development

We have an ongoing programme of development for new products. One example is our oil and grease separator, where we work in partnership with ACO-TTM. Another is our salt tanks for anti-skid treatment where we collaborate with FriggerÃ¥kers Verkstäder in Falköping.

Closed manufacturing system - many advantages

In the 1990s we started to develop the closed manufacturing system, vacuum injection, in earnest. We quickly realised the benefits - the huge strength and resistance, its light weight, the fantastic surface finish and ductility, the good economy when producing short series etc.

Continued investment and expansion

In the 2000s, we have continued to develop this closed system further. The customer base is growing, and we have initiated series production. We have expanded by 1,100 sq m and invested in additional new machinery including a five axis CNC miller. This investment has already paid for itself and we have continued to grow. Compared to just a few years ago, we have double the number of employees.
